Outlook email will no longer read the email addresses in my Outlook contact files. I got hit with the 2 gig max storage level for Outlook, and have been screwed up ever since. I have now upgraded to Office 2003, and have the same problem. I can send email and get the addresses recognized using Mozilla as an email client. Any help will be appreciated. pwf You'd need to provide a far more accurate description of what you mean by "Outlook can no longer read the email addresses" and how you recovered from the 2 Gig limit. Upgrading to Outlook 2003 would do nothing to solve that. In fact, after rebuilding a part of the book, none of the email addresses will print out when printing the book. It is as if they are not there. When we worked to correct the 2 gig limit, the utility Microsoft has deleted some of the address book as well as some of the emails to get below the 2 gig limit, and now I can not send any emails unless I type in the person's email address each time. There may be a default settijng ti I need to go back to, but I have not a clue where to find it, if there is one. Any help????
