Outlook 2003 creates duplicate contacts folders.  Why?

Outlook seems to create duplicate contacts folders from time to time.  Can't
identify why or how to fix.  They show up in the "My Contacts" folder view in
the top left corner of the contacts screen.  I can delete them just by
right-click deleting, but I'd like to fix the problem.  Any ideas??

Thanks!

Doubt it. Outlook cannot create folders on its own. I suspect you created
them and that they still exist. Use Folder List view to examine your entire
folder hierarchy. You'll probably find the answer there.
