MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / December 2004Can I add Mr & Mrs to title choices?
When entering a new contact , there is a drop down for Title choices for: Mr; Mrs; Prof; etc. Most of mine contacts need 'Mr & Mrs'. Is there any way of adding this to the list? No. Nor is there a need to. Is there any way of adding this to the list? I don't understand. I am doing mailing labels, starting in Contacts and completing in Word. The 'Insert Merge Fields' dialog asks for Title or Full Title. Surely I need to have 'Mr & Mrs' in the Title line in Contacts? > No. Nor is there a need to. OK. Choice 1 is what I do.The people are not 100% Mt & Mrs so this works OK but it would have been convenient to have the option in the drop down menu. I will have a look at your choice 2. Choice 2 will only work if your list is comprised entirely of couples who use those titles. (Like in the old days.)
