I have been told that it is possible to transfer all of my act data into my
microsoft outlook address book. Can you tell me how to do this?

What formats does Act! support for export? If a .csv or .txt format, then
you can import it into Outlook.

BTW, it always helps to post your versions of the software about which you
are asking.
