How do I copy all of my contacts from an old to a new PC?

How do I copy all my files and contacts in Outlook 2002 from one PC to
another?
Anyone able to give me easy instructions?

The file you need to copy and reuse is your Personal Folders file (*.pst)
It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
