I will try to explain what I am looking for: USER 1 is a
stand alone system that gives view rights to USER
2,3,4,5,6, to USER 1's inbox, how can USER 2,3,4,5,6 use
from there system USER 1's contacts copy and paste won't
work due to changes that USER 1 will make through out
time.

Outlook can't share its files directly. See
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA011477571033.aspx for an
article by Outlook MVP Eric Legault on various ways to share Outlook data.
YOu'll also find a list of third-party sharing tools and other information
at http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm.
