How do I autosave email addresses?

I am trying to set up Outlook to automatically save the addresses of the
people that I respond to through email. I cant figure out how to set it up.
Please help! I am going crazy!!!

senders or recipients as new contacts automatically, depending on your
version and configuration of Outlook.
