Several clients are experiencing outlook closures after they select TO:,
Contacts, and either scroll or try to enter a name from within a new open
email message.

I have already removed the Outlook address book, restarted Outlook, and
re-enabled the outlook address book with contacts - with no improvement.  A
Tier 3 suggestion was to delete the frmcache.dat file, which also had no
impact.

Any ideas?

Common problem.
Microsoft claims they cannot reproduce it and has no solutions to my
knowledge.
Personally, I'd update my video drivers.

drivers were up to date and they are.  Is there anyother ways to fix?
