I use Outlook 2003 with Windows 2003.

When I send a new e-mail message,  Here's what I do:
I type the message, then click on the "To:" button.  That launches an
address book.

Here's the question:
Some of those addresses are listed First name first, some are listed
last name first.
i.e. Some are listed in that little address book as "John Doe", some
are listed as "Doe, John".

I;'d like ALL the addressees to be listed as "Doe, John".

When I check my Contacts list, they're ALL displayed  in the same
format, (Last name first).

What do I do to change the little address book??

Thanks!!

All set, sorry for wasting the band width.
