Im using the company exchage email service.  When I go into my personal
cantacts properties the box to check off so that my personal contacts appear
in the address book is greyed out.  What is causing it to be greyed out.
What can I do to allow me to check it off so that I can make it appear in my
address book along with my global contact list from exchange?  I'd really
appreciate an answer.

Thank you in advance.

It usually means the Outlook Address Book Service has not been added to your
profile.
Has it?

Russ,
Thank you for this response.  You did not responde to my question a couple
of days ago but this is just what I needed to send me in the right direction.
Thanks

Please_help_somebody,
I had the same issue you have with the Outlook Address book Services. My
services are already installed and running.  I removed the outlook address
book service through Directories and address books in Email Accounts and then
reinstalled.  I was then able to go to the properties of contacts folder
(public and private) and check the box for "show this folder as an e-mail
address book".  I hope this helps you.
