Office2003>Outlook>Contacts-make someone's Email2 address his defa

If one of my listed contacts has 3 different email addresses, the address
book seems to use their address entered in email rather than email2 or
email3!  How can I force the use of any chosen one of these - like I could so
very easily with Office2000>Outlook>Contacts?

The Outlook Address Book in 2003 has not changed. It still provides all
electronic addresses for your selection.
Provide evidence to the contrary.
