mail merge labels from Outlook to Word

how do I creat labels in Word from my outlook contacts file. I only want to
print my Holiday cards catagory but can't find out how to do this?

Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as Form Letters,
mailing labels, envelopes, and fax or email merges. For an overview of these
