importing addresses from WIN98 to XP

I want to import all of my addresses on my old computer
to our new one . . . I don't know how!! Any help?? I
tried to export the file to a floppy, but it would not
import. How do I know what file to copy?? Thanks!

You listed operating systems, not email software. You'd need to specify your
email software and version numbers, too.

Sorry for not providing the right information --
my old computer is running Outlook Express 5 (version
5.00.2615.2) on Windows 98 and my new computer is running
Microsoft Outlook 2002 under Windows XP
