With oulook opened and the contacts page selected to view contacts address
cards, the headers on my laptop are dark grey while the headers on my desktop
are a beige color. I want to know how to change the color of the header in
address card view. Both outlooks are of the same version running on the same
version of windows xp. It's not the "appearance settings" in the control
panel like the help menus say. I know you must be able to change it some
where but I just don't know how. HELP

Sorry, but your display colors/options are controlled by your Display
Options in Control Panel.  Check each installation for compliance under
Control Panel->Display Options->Appearance->Themes.
