Recently loaded Outlook 2003.  In my earlier life, I simply clicked and
dragged V-cards from an email to my Contacts folder.  Now, according to the
online help, I am to right click and save as.  When I do, it does not
automatically open my Contacts folder.  When I did a search for my Contacts
folder, I did not locate it.

How do I save V-cards to my contacts folder if I can't even find it?

The Contacts Folder is where it always was. You cannot run Outlook without
having a Contacts Folder.
Click on "Contacts" in the Navigation pane.
