Outlook Express & ActiveDirectory

Hi,
I did like to know the solution to synchronize the Outlook Express directory
contains names & firstnames of the employees of my company, with an
ActiveDirectory LDAP Win2K Server.
What are the tools, LDAP syntax requests, etc...

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
