During Mail Merge, the address labels print out in the order they were
entered in the Contacts folder in Microsoft Outlook (record number).  In the
Contacts view they're in, they are alphabetized by last name, but they don't
print that way.  What can I do?

You can start by posting your Outlook\Word versions and the precise steps
you are using in this mail merge (all of them). Include why it is important
in which order they print.
