I want to display name & phone number of the entries in my personal contact list instead of name, display name & email address. How can I change the column headings & contents? Thanks. Provide your Outlook version and what you mean by "personal contact list." Outlook uses no such term. I just had Outlook 2003 installed. You can customize views of your Contacts Folder instead.
