I want to display name & phone number of the entries in my personal contact
list instead of name, display name & email address.  How can I change the
column headings & contents?
Thanks.

Provide your Outlook version and what you mean by "personal contact list."
Outlook uses no such term.

I was referring to the "Contacts" in my outlook address book, which was
"personal contact list" in my old version.  I just had Outlook 2003
installed.  Does that help?

It helps me but not you, I'm afraid. The Outlook Address Book cannot be
customized in any way.
You can customize views of your Contacts Folder instead.

Those buttons are all new for me, but that solves my problem. Thanks for your
help.
