I can't find the addresses I put into address book.  They don't have e-mail
addresses, so they don't show up in contacts?  I am so confused.  How do I
get access to every address I have put in here?

All Outlook data is stored in your Contacts Folder. There is no "address
book" in Outlook. The Outlook Address book is simply a view of the
electronic addresses that are contained in your Contacts Folder.
