Merging duplicate contacts and their linked Journals

Hi,
I'm going to be converting about 11 ACT! databases into Outlook. There's
anywhere from a few hundred contacts to 7000 contacts per DB. Was planning on
keeping it simple, using ACT-To-Outlook Professional (from actaddons.com),
which I've used in the past for single databases with no problem. However,
there is a high probablity that with these multiple databases I will have
many duplicates.

Here's the catch: I can delete duplicates, but if there are journals
associated with them, I want to keep the journals and have them linked to the
contact I am keeping. I can do this programmatically myself, but I'd prefer
to buy an off-the-shelf program that will do this. Any recommendations or
pointers? I've looked at Sperry Software, MapiLab, and TeamScope, but it's
unclear whether they allow journals to be re-linked. My guess is that they
don't.

Thanks,
Malcolm
