I have many old/incorrect email addresses that keep showing up as an
automatic entry when I start to type in an email address into the 'To' line.
How do I delete these email addresses and only have the ones that are in my
address book to show up.
Thank you.
I am using oulook 2002

Kelly,

That autocomplete information is stored in a hidden, system file called an
NK2 file.  If you have one or two entries, just wait until it appears in the
drop down list and scroll down to it and hit the delete key.  If you're
interested, we developed a utility that will load the entire file for
editing, printing, exporting, etc.  Right now the price is $24.95.  If
you're interested you can download a demo copy at
www.dcs-imaging.com/products.com.  It's called Owtlook.

Good luck
