How do I delete a vcard in Outlook? Explain in more detail. vCard refers to an Internet specification for contact information exchange. Outlook itself doesn't store any vCard files except those that might be received as file attachments. Are you referring to .vcf files that you saved on your hard drive? If so, just delete the file.
