Sortinf Select Names

I have had to reload WinXP SP2 and Outlook 2002. Previously, when creating a
new email and clicking on the "to" button, the Select Names pop-up could be
sorted. Now it just shows full names and not the file as field and cannot be
sorted.

How do I correct this.

Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there
