I have to print lots of envelops (for greeting cards).

The problem is when i want to print, there's no where on the page setup that
i can choose "envelop." i just want to print on the envelop. I also can't
adjust the margin as easily as i can in Excel.

Another thing is that i don't know how to exclude other unwanted fields
(like phone number, email address, etc). To print all these envelop, i just
want the name and the address. i have tried "customize current view" which i
cut all unwanted info out. But this creates difficulties as i have to add the
things i cut out back again. Is this the right way to print tons of envelops?

Should i use Outlook after all? Some people told me to export the whole
thing to excel and use mail merge wizard. I just wonder why it has to be that
complicated. Why can't i just do it from Microsoft Outlook?

i need some advice. pls help. thank you so much.

Outlook version?
From the Contacts Folder, do you not see Tools > Mail Merge... > Document
Type > Envelope?
