Send a contact card

Outlook 2002

We have our internal Global Address Book and a second Contacts list that has
everyone's personal information, Blackberry PIN numbers, etc. that we use
for synching with the Blackberries.

I know that I can attach a contact card from the Second Contacts list, but I
don't want to send other people the personal information.  The Global has
everyone's work information (like what's on their business card)...is there
an easy way for users to attach this information to emails to send to
external clients?  If there isn't, is there a relatively easy way for me to
make this information, that comes from AD, available to them?

Thanks in advance,

Doreen
