Automatically linking email messages to contact cards via rules wizard

I am looking to be able to automatically link email
messages to contact cards via the subject of the email.
We currently have someone manually linking them, but i
believe there to be a better way. Has anyone out there
done such a thing If so i would greatly appreciate you
sharing your knowledge.

Have you looked at the Journal options in Tools | Options? Or the Business Contact Manager tool in Office 2003?
