The message "the account you are adding is not fully configured....." this
happends when I'm trying to add ADDITIONAL ADDRESS BOOKS such as Outlook
address book and also Personal Address Books, such as my ACT?

Outlook version 2002 -
also with my contact folders I can't go in as you describe to enable, the
box is greyed-out and not accesible -  "If any of them
aren't listed, you'll need to enable those Contacts folders as Outlook
Address Books by right clicking the folder, selecting Properties, clicking
the Outlook Address Book tab, and checking the "Show this folder as an
E-mail address book" box."
What do I do make these show as my PAB's
