importing from excel to contact

from excel I saved my file as .cvs and also defined a name for it and
imported to outlook contact folder. The columns fist name , last name imports
fine but the two fields that I created and there is no match for it in
outlook won't import. can someone give me some tips please.thank you in
advance.

Outlook doesn't support importing to custom fields that you create. You'd
have to write custom code or use a third-party application. See

Are you using the "Map Custom Fields..."  feature?  Even if you don't find a
corresponding Outlook field, you can map to something else,  such as "Notes".
