how do I transfer contacts from old to new computer

I got a new computer and I want to transfer all my contacts to my new computer

Then configure you new installation to use the same data file a  the
previous one. I assume you know how to do that since you failed to provide
any version information.

Actually no. Sorry for the lack of info but I have Office 2003, on Windows XP.
