Hi,

I have a list of contacts in Outlook 2000 that I need to print mailing
labels for.  Several of the contacts only have email addresses filled in and
no mailing address information.  Therefore, I am looking for a way to use
Word 2000's mail merge feature to filter out addresses that only contain
email addresses, or that don't include certain mailing address fields, for
example city.

Thanks,

-Jesse-

Start the merge from Outlook. Filter your selections there.
