I see that Outlook is built with much artificial intelligence such as
recognizing first and last names automatically.  They should also
automatically add their home address by looking up their home phone number.
This utility can be found in google and yahoo and verizon with reverse number
lookup.

based on the email address?  And just how do you propose that Outlook does
this?
