why does activities get sent with .vcf

When I send .vcf to others any information that has been saved in journal
entries is also transferred with .vcf

Congratulations - you have managed to do something that no one else has ever
been able to do - transfer information maintained in your local
Outlook/Office store via a .vcf, which does NOT link to your journal, to
folks outside of your local installation. I would like to know how you did
it and how you confirmed it.
