MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / December 2004.pst extnsion not recognised
Hi I've just reinstalled Outlook XP on a new hard disc but cannot add my old contacts into Outlook as the .pst extension isn't installed on my new machine for some reason and so not recognised. Have downloaded SP3 but makes no odds. Any advice before I try reinstalling Outlook. Many thanks Andy What do you mean it's not recognized? PST files never have a file association listed in the OS.
