I am trying to translate an excel address database into Outlook.  I created a
template by exporting Outlook Contacts to Excel file and copying my fields
into those corresponding to Outlook.  When I tried to inport the data, it
only took the first two rows of data and not the next 300 rows of data.  Any
ideas?

Sounds like your named range in Excel covered only the first two rows. It
needs to cover all data you want to import.
