How can I copy my Outlook 2003 Address Book from my desktop to lap

I have Outlook 2003 on both my desktop and my laptop.  I need to copy my
Address Book from the desktop to my laptop's Outlook 2003.  How can I do this?

There is no address book in Outlook. All Outlook data is stored in one file
with a PST extension. Copy that file. Open it on your laptop and copy the
Contacts Folder into the PST file on your laptop. Or, if you want to use all
the data, just use the PST file you copied from your desktop as the default
for your laptop.
