In my Outlook 2002 Contacts, I have made entries for each contact in the USER
FIELD 1.  I would now like to copy the contents of those entries to USER
FIELD 4.  I know I can copy each entry individually through copy and paste.
However, I have 600 contacts, so I'm looking for a way to do a mass copy of
the contents of USER FIELD 1 to USER FIELD 4.

I will appreciate advice.
