I had to reload my O/S and Office XP after my system crashed. When I import
the PST all the contacts are in their folders BUT the folders are not shown
when I click on TO:, .CC, and .BCC. How do I get those to showup on the
dropdown to be able to add to my email?

Scott,
Recently had the same kind of problem. This worked in OL2000. Maybe XP is
similar enough for this to help:
Click Contacts on the outlook bar.
Click "File" then "Folder" and select "Properties for "Contacts""
Go to the "Outlook Address Book" tab and check "Show this folder as an
e-mail address book"
Click OK and you're done!
