My new computer runs Outlook 2003. I brought my old .pst file over.  I have
all the old email and contacts, but the address book is empty.  When I go to
write a new email, outlook won't autocomplete the address, and clicking the
"To" box shows an empty address book.  Other posts here suggest that this is
how it is supposed to work !  Why connect to an empty address book from the
"to" button?
Can anyone help me make this work?

Can you tell me what solution you found, or what thread? I have the
exact same problem.

Thanks,
Jim

Have you configured your Outlook Address Book correctly?
