MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / January 2005Mail merge field blank
I am trying to create a printed directory of my contacts and I can't get home phone numbers to transfer to the document when performing a mail merge in Word. When I try to match fields the home phone box is marked as unmatched, but there is not a home phone selection to choose. I am using Office 2003. All other feilds seem to merge perfectly. You did not provide enough detail about how you constructed the merge for us to help. No I started the merge from Word I just merget it from Outlook to an exel document and it worked, Thank you > You did not provide enough detail about how you constructed the merge > for us to help.
