When I open address book all I display is Name and Email address. How do I
display additional information such as Telephone number and address?

You did not post your Outlook version or specify the address book to
which you are referring. The Outlook Address Book cannot be configured
by the end user.

Are you sure? Outlook hasn't used a PAB for several versions. I suspect
you mean the Outlook Address Book. It is not an interface that was ever
desinged for end user configuration. Instead, you configure various
views of your Contacts Folder to accomplish what you want.
