Hi,

When I want to add a contact from the e-mail address, the right click
feature is empty. Also, when I try to look up the contact, they cant be found
but I know they are in my address book. I have converted my address book to
contacts.

How do I reslove this?

Thanks

What do you mean you converted your address book to contacts?
They are one in the same.
Is your Outlook Address Book configured correctly?
If you don't know, read this:
