Entering Contact Data - Microsoft Office

I've been entering couples under a single Contact entry, but this seems to
allow for tracking of only one birthday per contact.   Does it require making
two separate entries for each couple?   With separate couple entries it seems
that data entry is redundant and to look at Details for a couple will require
checking both data entries.

I would welcome some guidance or be directed to published tips on this
issue, which I've not been able to find in Help.   Thank you, DonColorado.

Go back in this community's pages--maybe the answer is there--that's how I
found the answer to a problem that was making me crazy.  :-)

I forgot to add that I went back 16 pages and found a lot of good info along
the way.

Miz Jay, thank you.   I followed your suggestion, based on what I found,
others are challenged with the lack of Contact Details on spouse/children
birthday data without creating aindividual contact records for each and every
family member.   I've been adding spouse birthday's as a recurring Calendar
Schedule ......will see how that works over time.   I would like to see MS
incorporate a change here to eliminate need to proliferate contacts to cover
same family.   DonColorado

How about making this a "New" posting on this community board and flagging it
as a "Suggestion to MS"?

Miz Jay.....thanks for good suggestion.   I'm new to this forum and after
looking at it, I don't see how to start a "new "  thread and flag as a
suggestion to MS as you recommend......can you give me a some guidelines?
Thank you, DonColorado

Do it the same way you started your very first post.  Click on "New" (just to
the left of "Reply") and then a drop-down menu says" Question, Suggestion or
Comment". Click on "Suggestion" and away you go...
