Hi ,

I imported users from a csv file into Outlook 2002 Contacts. When I look at
the contacts through the contacts folder they are fine, but when I send a
mail and want to select them from the "Select Names" box when you click on
TO in the new mail message, there are two of everyone. Do you have any idea
why this is happening and how I can fix it.

Many Thanks
Andries

I found the problem. Whe you enter a fax number is creates two entries in
the "TO" list. One for the e-mail address and one for the fax.
Wonder why you would want to say "New Mail" and then select a fax
number?????????

Thanks

Go to the send to list, right click on one of the names,
and press properties.  I think you will find that one name
in the list is the SMTP e-mail address and the other is
the fax number.
