I have addresses in several columns in an Excel spreadsheet.  Some columns
can easily be mapped to Outlook fields e.g. town, post code, county.
However, the remainder of the address (i.e. the first part) may be limited to
just one column or may spread over several e.g. 73 High Street (column A),
Deans (column B), Livingston (column C - town).  When I import into Outlook
it is difficult to get the standard Outlook display for the first two columns.

You must have a one-to-one mapping between Excel columns and Outlook fields.
Adjust the Excel data as needed.
