I've tried all the recommendations currently posted. I've added the Outlook
Address book to my services and I've tried clicking on the "show this folder"
option under the contacts tab, but it is greyed out and won't let me click it.

Did I do something wrong when i transferred my contacts from Express to
Outlook?

Oh... and I'm using Office 97. :)

Please help!

You'll need to quit Outlook, wait a few minutes to make sure Outlook shuts
down completely, then restart Outlook.

Then you haven't added the Outlook Address Book Service successfully to your
profile.
Explain in more detail what you did. Did you restart Outlook after you added
the Service?

i figured it out... since i hadn't added the outlook address book PRIOR to
exporting from express, it didn't recognize the addresses. i did another
export after adding the outlook address book to the services menu, closed it
all down and retarted and it worked like a charm....

thanks for responding! i'm sure i'll be back!
