I'm trying to inport contact information from Lotus Notes to Outlook.
I've saved the Lotus names.nsf file to names.csv file type. I've gone into
Outlook and in Contacts have tried importing the names.csv file to the
Outlook contact file but the wizard greys out the "next" dialog box option
and I can't proceed to import. Anyone have any suggestions? Help! Thank you.

Sounds like the checkbox hasn't been checked on the screen that shows
"Action to be taken" which in turn will also highlight the Map Custom Fields
& Next buttons.
