Greetings,
We have a user whose Contacts have gotten scrambled. The names and email
addresses have gotten mismatched somehow. In this user's Contacts for
example, Bob Smith should have an email address of bsmith@abc.com. Joann
Jones should have an address of jjones@xyz.com.
Somehow the addresses and names get crossed up.
Bob's email ends up as jjones@xyz.com and Joann's ends up as bsmith@abc.com.
This happens randomly throughout all his contacts. We go through manually
and correct everything, but it ends up criss-crossed again eventually.
We have never seen this happen before, and it is not happening with any
other user. We are running Exchange 2000 w/ SP3 and Outlook XP with latest
patches.
Any thoughts?
Thanks
- Adam

I've never seen it before either and can offer no explanation.
