Is there any way to control the formatting of the text in the Contact window
between "This is the mailing address" and "Categories" in OL 2000/2002?  My
default font in this area seems to be Arial 10, but I have no idea how that
was set or how to change it.  Sometimes the font is something else
entirely--especially pasting from another source if I forget to use Paste
Special.  I know I can manually set the font and point size for each Contact
one-at-a-time but this would be very tedious.  In addition, there seems to
be no way to change the line spacing.  A lot of the time it seems to be
single spaced, but often the line spacing is much greater.  I sometimes
print out some Contacts and this part of the page looks weird compared to
the rest of the fields with headings.

It uses the same default font as you have set for mail messages. Pasting
formatted text will, of course, introduce other formatting, including
different line spacing, which can't be controlled in Outlook.
