Need to synch subfolders in Contacts w/my Ipaq

How do I get my HP Ipaq to synch the contacts from the subfolders I have
created in my Outlook Contacts? Right now it will only take the ones from the
main folder.

Not an Outlook issue. You should ask in a group that supports your
synchronization software. Most that I know of don't support anything but the
default folder.
