How do I Automatically Add "sent" addresses to Address Book?

IS there a way to automatically add addresses from emails I have sent to my
address book?  In other words, once the names are typed into the  "TO" box, I
want them automatically inserted into my address book - how can I accomplish
this?

You might know what Outlook version you are using.
We don't.
